CLAIMS POLICY
Zomia Cannabis Collective hereby acknowledges receipt of your claim. We will do our best to settle it as soon as possible. In order for us to settle the claim quickly, we kindly ask for your cooperation by providing us with the proper photos and germination details in a timely fashion. When filling in the form please follow the guidelines below:

File one claim for one strain. If you are not satisfied with cannabis seeds from different strains purchased from us, you need to fill in several quality claim forms – one for each strain. If you are not satisfied with different cannabis seeds from one strain, it’s enough to fill in one form;

Attach a photo of the seed pack purchased from us that you are not satisfied with;

Attach a screenshot or a photo of a receipt if the order was paid by a bank transfer or a photo of the payment confirmation that you receive from us via e-mail;

Attach a photo of seeds that did not germinate;

Attach the photos showing how you germinated seeds step by step to give evidence that you germinated the seeds correctly.

Please note that the more information you provide, the faster we will settle your claim.
Make sure that all parts of the form are filled out properly, check the order reference and your e-mail.
Note that if there is insufficient or missing information, wrong information or we feel like you have abused our return policy - we reserve the right to refuse return and or quality claims.
